We design PowerAgento to respect confidentiality, maintain compliance, and give you transparent controls over data retention, access, and usage.

Information we collect

Workspace profile details such as team name, industry, and billing contact information.
Operational data stored in playbooks, task updates, comments, and documents uploaded to the platform.
Usage telemetry that helps us improve reliability (feature adoption, error rates, and performance metrics).

Provide the PowerAgento service, including task automation, analytics, and collaboration features.
Secure the platform with auditing, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting.
Communicate product updates, onboarding resources, and support notifications.

Connecting social or productivity accounts is optional. Administrators initiate each connection and can revoke it at any time from workspace settings.
For connected services we retain OAuth tokens, provider identifiers, and limited profile metadata needed to publish content and surface channel analytics. Tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped to the workspace that authorized the integration.
PowerAgento acts only on the content you stage or schedule; we do not ingest follower lists, direct messages, or personal data unrelated to the requested action. Disconnecting an integration or revoking it within the provider immediately prevents further access.

We follow least-privilege access, network isolation, and routine penetration testing to safeguard customer data.
Integration credentials are rotated automatically where supported, monitored for expiry, and removed when a workspace disconnects the service or is deleted.
Business records required for billing or legal obligations are retained according to statutory timelines; all other workspace content can be deleted upon verified request.

Admins can export workspace data, configure retention policies, or disable integrations directly in the product.
Contact support@poweragento.ai to exercise privacy rights such as access, correction, or deletion. We assist in notifying integrated providers when their confirmation is required.
Marketing communications include unsubscribe links and can also be managed through workspace notification preferences.
